Founded in 2016 by Jean-Christophe Mifsud, Ellona is an innovative company based in Toulouse, with a dedicated team of 25 passionate professionals. “It all began in 1993 with the founding of my first company. I had the privilege of developing the world’s first electronic noses, tongues, and eyes, securing 24 groundbreaking patents. Recognizing the immense potential of sensor fusion and modulation to advance health and environmental protection, I embarked on a new journey by establishing Ellona.
